Over the last 25 years, Keller Augusta has worked through multiple commercial real estate cycles, and each one has reinforced the same belief: Relationships matter most when markets are uncertain. Today, as the industry continues to stabilize and capital returns more selectively, hiring has become increasingly targeted and performance-driven. Through all of it, we have stayed committed to a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach in an industry that is constantly evolving.

From the beginning, my goal was to build a boutique search firm with national reach — one that could advise clients across markets, asset classes, and functions while still delivering the level of attention, responsiveness, and partnership that often gets lost at larger firms. That approach has remained at the core of who we are.

This milestone is really a reflection of the people who have built Keller Augusta alongside me over the years. To my team, thank you for your hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.
